The ladies at My Boudoir simply love Audrey Hepburn so what else would Mary do on a treasured day off other than visit the Audrey Hepburn: Portraits of an Icon exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery.

The exhibition includes a number of previously unseen and therefore rare images alongside some of the more familiar images. The images are masterpieces from photographers including Cecil Beaton, Norman Parkinson, Richard Avedon and Mark Shaw. Some images are film stills, some magazine covers. The majority are in black and white, perhaps the more stunning for that although one colour photograph taken by Norman Parkinson graces the front cover of June Tatler and is also on the back cover of the book published by the NPG.
